Working With Us: What to Expect
Initial Project Discussion
Contact us with the project scope. We discuss timeline, budget range, and whether our capabilities are the right fit for the project.
On-Site Measurement
We schedule a site visit at your preferred time — with or without the client present as you prefer. We measure the space and gather all necessary information.
Design Rendering
We create a visual rendering of the proposed design for review. You and the client review and request revisions before anything goes to production.
Finish and Hardware Selection
We provide samples from our full material library for your selection process. Physical samples can be brought to your studio or the client's home.
Production and Installation
We produce and install on the agreed schedule, coordinating with your project manager and other trades. We clean up completely before we leave.
Final Walkthrough
You and the client review the installation together. We address any items on the spot and do not consider the project complete until both parties are satisfied.
